Frequently Asked Questions

All of our course fees are non-refundable. 

A non-refundable booking fee of £99 is require to reserve your place on your desired course. This booking fee will be deducted from the final balance due.

If you have chosen not to pay in full, the final balance is due no later than 14 days before the course date. If you do not pay the balance by the payment due date, you will forfeit your space on the course & this may be offered to the next student. Please note, access to our online theory will not be send until payment has been received in full.

Payments cannot be transferred to any other courses or students.

Failure to attend a course will result in all payments made being lost. 

If you wish to cancel your course booking, you will lose any non-refundable payment made.

If you are no longer able to attend the course booked & wish to re-schedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note the following admin fees will apply:

- Re-scheduling with more than 14 days notice of the original course date - £50 admin fee

- Re-scheduling within 7 -14 days notice of the original course date - 50% of the course fees

- Re-scheduling with less than 7 days notice of the original course date - 100% of the course fee

Please ensure that you obtain adequate insurance before carrying out any of your case studies, and ensure that this is in place prior to starting your journey once you have received your qualification. 

We do not accept any liabilities for the purchase of inadequate insurance cover following completion of our training courses.
